What counts as a recall? Any time a technician has to return to a job site to redo, repair, or correct work that was previously completed. This includes warranty callbacks, quality-related return trips, and "the fix didn't hold" situations. It does not include scheduled follow-ups, planned multi-day jobs, or return trips to sell additional work.
