That's where she discovered home services, fell in love with the industry, and became obsessed with figuring out how to make ServiceTitan do exactly what contractors needed it to do.
She's trained hundreds of CSRs and dispatchers on best practices, from booking calls to managing the board to handling the conversations that actually convert. Her background in dispatching means she doesn't just teach theory. She's been in the seat, handled the chaos, and knows what works when the phones are ringing off the hook.
What really sets Celia apart is her ability to help teams embrace change. New software, new processes, even team restructuring. She has a knack for getting people on board and making transitions stick.
In 2024, she launched SmartService Solutions to bring her consulting expertise to more home service companies. She works closely with each client, building real relationships and creating solutions that fit how their business actually runs. Her clients don't just see better numbers; they see healthier teams and less daily firefighting.
When she's not nerding out over ServiceTitan configurations, Celia spends her time wrangling a toddler, a new baby, a husband, and a small zoo of pets. Guitar and travel happen when the stars align.
Jenna Carter
Jenna has held just about every role in a home service company. Since 2019, she's worked as a CSR, dispatcher, dispatch supervisor, bookkeeper, and yes, even an HVAC technician. That kind of hands-on experience across so many roles means she genuinely understands how all the pieces of a service business fit together.
With over five years in ServiceTitan, Jenna specializes in helping companies clean up their processes, especially on the accounting and financial side. She's the person you want untangling your workflows and figuring out why the numbers aren't matching up.
Her real motivation? Taking some of the daily chaos off owners' and managers' plates. She loves finding the inefficiencies that are quietly eating up everyone's time and fixing them so the whole operation runs smoother.
Jenna credits Celia as her mentor and has embraced the same approach: dig in, figure it out, and don't be afraid to get creative when the standard solution isn't cutting it. She's big on making sure departments actually talk to each other and that everyone understands how their work affects the rest of the team.
When she's not deep in a client's ServiceTitan instance, Jenna hangs out with her daughter and her cat Tofu, or catches up with friends. Her dream? A long trip through Europe, someday.
Paige Frenchik
Paige found her way into home services in 2021 after starting out in a call center, and she's been hooked ever since. She loves that no two days look the same and that there's always something new to figure out.
Her experience covers a lot of ground: office work, warehouse, dispatching, and accounts receivable. Having touched so many parts of a service business gives her a real appreciation for how everything connects and where things tend to get tangled up.
Paige has been working in ServiceTitan for over three years and genuinely enjoys helping clients get comfortable with the software. She's not just focused on making things more efficient; she wants people to actually feel confident using the tools in front of them.
What sets Paige apart is how she shows up. She's calm, patient, and really good at seeing things from someone else's perspective. She believes the best service comes from listening first and solving second, and that approach shows in every client interaction.
When she's not working, Paige is hanging out with her two dogs: Reggie, a five-year-old Pomeranian, and Ruby (who also goes by Rupert), a Chihuahua with a lot of personality. Someday she'd love to make it to Japan or Bali.
