Spam Resolution Checklist

A guide for resolving "Spam Likely" designations on your outbound calling numbers.
Based on ServiceTitan documentation and carrier requirements.

How spam designation works: When your outbound calls show as "Spam Likely," the designation comes from the recipient's carrier. The primary solution is registering your numbers with the Free Call Registry, which major carriers use to whitelist legitimate businesses.

Gather your information PREP WORK
Collect all phone numbers being flagged as spam
Get your legal business name from ServiceTitan
Settings → Your Account → Register for Texting
Confirm your company address, city, state, and ZIP
Same location in ServiceTitan settings
Have your business website URL ready

Register with Free Call Registry PRIMARY FIX
Go to the Free Caller Registry website
Click "Register Here" to start the process
Enter phone number(s) and desired caller ID display name
You can upload an Excel file for multiple numbers
Select "Other" in the "I believe my calls are" field
Fill in contact info, company details, and website URL
Click "Send Verification Code" and enter the code from email
Submit the form and save your confirmation
